Phil Miller

Phil is an independent developer contributing to a variety of technical computing libraries and applications. He worked on the Charm++ distributed HPC framework while earning his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Phil has previously presented at CppNow on Charm++ and has served on the CppCon program committee. His fingerprints can be found on a few proposals that have made their way through SG1 to the Concurrency TS. He authored P1296 to try to bring the benefits of __restrict to conformant C++ code through Contracts.
